I've read a lot of books in my life, but the best book in my opinion is "Crusade in jeans", from 1994 and its writer is Thea Beckman.
This books is about a boy that travels across the time and he appears in 1212, in the Middle Age.
He experiences many obstacles and calamities with his new friends, until he manages to arrive his time.
I read it when I was fifteen years old, and it shoked me.
In my opinion, it's the best book I have read.
