Food for a healthy diet
I eat many vegetables and fruit, also I eat some meal and fish.
In the morning I sometimes have cereal with milk or three biscuits with coffee or two toast with butter and a coffee for breakfast.
In the middle-morning I usually eat fruit for example : an apple, an orange, a mandarin etc.
At lunchtime I sometimes have vegeteables and meat ( chiken, lamb, beef) or fish ( tuna, or trout ) rice with vegetables or pasta with meat and a yoghurt
In the evening I usually eat a salad with tuna,onions, carrots, olives, corn, tomatoes and a egg.
At night I have a glass of milk or a yoghurt.
