My city is Madrid; it is the capital of
Spain.
It has numerous monuments as Puerta de
Alcala, la Cibeles, el Palacio
Real. Also it has beautiful gardens:
Retiro,La casa de campo.
The weather in winter is cold and dry but
it sometimes rains and it can
snows twice or thrice a months. In summer
the weather is very hot. In
spring and fall it often rains but the
weather is warm.
The typical meals are cocido with
chickpeas, pork, vegetables and cow,
Callos (stomach of cow) and pestiños
(pancakes fries with honey).
Serrano y la Gran via are the most famous
streets because they have
expensive shops.
